When sending emails from an alternative address (e.g., as or on behalf of another user or a shared mailbox), users can now choose whether to use their personal signature or the signature assigned to the address selected in the From field. Watch this video to see how it works. Also, the add-in pane got a facelift and is now available in four new languages: Dutch, French, Spanish, and Polish (alongside English and German). And one more thing! Remember that you can now show or hide the link to the My User Info app (user.codetwo.com) in the add-in pane.
